FREE INITIAL EVALUATION The goal of the free initial evaluation call is to provide company principals (Boards/CEOs) and/or their lenders/investors (banks, private equity & venture capital firms) greater insight into some of the growth obstacles and opportunities of the selected company. During the 1 to 2-hour conference call I (Roger Moxley, CEO Growth Strategists) would share my research of the company's current competitive landscape as it pertains to its offerings and marketing efforts, supplemented by further investigative/qualifying questions into the disciplines of sales, marketing, business development, customer service and possibly HR and finance. Based upon the free initial phone consultation I may offer the company/lender a deeper analysis, to include analyzing the company's electronic documents & CRM system, then interviewing its board/executives, managers, strategic partners, select clients and possibly some employees to gain a multi-level "brain-trust" of information, opinions and perceptions. Within twenty business days, I would then present a 20-25 page Growth Observations, Conclusions and Recommendations report detailing my findings. Included in this report will be a Tactical Plan to implement the recommendations, prioritized by estimated cost, ease/quickness of implementation and return-on-investment (typically costs $17K). The company may then choose to implement the remedial tactics themselves or contract with Growth Strategists to implement some or all of the tactics. For those tactics the company chooses Growth Strategists to implement, a detailed, specific timeline, cost & ROI per tactic would be submitted for consideration, discussion and authorization before implementation.
